I only have to visit all classes. I do not have to do anything else outside of the classroom. I want to learn a lot in the classes. I do not want to do any homework at home. I always need help with new accounts. Yes, I have. No problem! 23. What do you do when you can not log in to your email account? I immediately contact the support helpdesk. I always need/want help. I try to reset my password and try solve it by myself first. 24. We have more than 250 students each year. We want to keep our fees low. That is why we do not have any customer service agent to answer your questions. Our course fees are based on Dutch lessons provided by our teachers. It means that you will have to find your way through our website by yourself. All information needed for our course is already provided on our website and will be provided by email. You just need to read it and follow it. We will also give you a short explanation about our website during the first lesson. You can always ask your fellow students to help you when you get stuck. If you can not find your way on our website by yourself or you have a custom request, you can always book a personal support appointment with us (it is not free!). I expect you to let me read a text from a book and translate it word for word for me and do listening exercises in every lesson (these are not priorities in our courses; we expect you to get busy listening and reading Dutch yourself). 28.
