18. We have more than 250 students each year. We want to keep our fees low.
That is why we do not have any customer service agent to answer your questions. Our course fees are based on Dutch lessons provided by our teachers. It means that you will have to find your way through our website by yourself. All information needed for our course is already provided on our website and will be provided by email. You just need to read it and follow it. We will also give you a short explanation about our website during the first lesson. You can always ask your fellow students to help you when you get stuck. If you can not find your way on our website by yourself, or you have a custom request, you can always book a personal support appointment with us (it is not free!). We will be glad to help you with your inquiry.

34. Our Dutch classes are very intensive. Each lesson is well planned and has a very strict schedule. Which kind of lessons do you prefer?
35. Our Dutch course consists of 3 parts: 1.Dutch lessons, 2.E-learning and 3.Speaking assignments. E-learning (homework) is a mandatory self-study part. You have to do it yourself in order to be prepared for your next lesson. There is also a mandatory pre-course which you should complete before the start of your course.
36. Our e-learning (homework) is a website with plenty of learning materials. It is a quite big online library where you need to find your way by yourself. There are basic digital skills required for using it.
37. In our course we expect our students to read the necessary instructions for our e-learning, speaking assignments and homework on our website by themselves.
