Changing & postpone private lessons, exams and appointments
Changing or postponing of scheduled private lessons, exams (tests) and appointments have to be done at least 24 hours beforehand. Failure to change or postpone in time results in full fees being charged. No refund will be provided. You will have to book and pay for a new one!
Cancellation of private lessons, exams and appointments
Private lessons, exams (tests) and appointments have to be cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. Failure to cancel in time results in full fees being charged. No refund will be provided.
